Marathi Teacher

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Marathi lessons according to the school curriculum.
• Teach Marathi language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
• Assess students academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage students to develop interest and proficiency in the Marathi language.
• Coordinate with parents and other teachers regarding students progress.
• Participate in school events, activities, and other academic responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marathi or a relevant subject.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience in a school environment.
• Strong Marathi language and communication skills.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use creative and activity-based teaching methods.
