Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Qualification: 12th Pass
Communication: Average / Basic Communication Skills
Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary & Incentives:

• 15,000 - 18,000 In-Hand

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls related to banking and credit card products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
• Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow process guidelines.
• Provide professional customer service during every interaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum HSC / 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic to average communication skills.
• Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
