Manufacturing Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day factory and manufacturing operations.
• Manage and coordinate factory employees to achieve production targets.
• Monitor production activities and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and machinery.
• Supervise welding, cutting, laser cutting, rolling, and steel fabrication operations.
• Ensure production schedules and quality requirements are met.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth machine operations.
• Monitor machinery performance and report operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and production standards.
• Maintain proper discipline and productivity within the factory.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare production updates and report operational issues to management.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee factory operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory operations, manpower management, welding, cutting, laser operations, rolling, and steel machinery.

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Supervisor / Factory Supervisor.
• Strong experience in factory operations and manpower management.
• Hands-on knowledge of welding, cutting, laser cutting, rolling, and steel machinery.
• Experience in a steel fabrication / manufacturing environment will be preferred.
• Good understanding of production processes, machinery, and workplace safety.
• Ability to supervise workers and manage multiple production activities.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with GCC / Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
