Manufacturing Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and filling equipment for external liquid formulations.
• Perform machine setup, changeover, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain BMR/BPR and shop-floor documentation.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Support line clearance and in-process activities.
• Hands-on experience with Monoblock Filling Machines, PLC-based Operations..

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have relatable experience in External Preparations.
• Qualification: 10th / ITI / Polytechnic / D. Pharma.
• Experience: 3 or 4 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations of external dosage forms (Solutions, Ointments).
• Practical exposure to Monoblock filling machines, PLC-based operations, and labelling machines.
• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle shop-floor responsibilities efficiently.
• Team-oriented, disciplined, and compliance-focused approach.
