Manufacturing & Operations Head

Key Responsibilities

• Central monitoring and coordination of DCP, Hydrated Lime, ETP and Quick Lime operations.
• Production planning and plan-vs-actual performance review.
• Monitor capacity utilisation, yield, quality, downtime and operating constraints.
• Coordinate production, maintenance, materials and inventory requirement.
• Review major breakdowns, corrective actions and recurring problems
• Drive productivity improvement and plant debottlenecking.
• Coordinate with factory teams and management- Monitor expansion and plant-improvement projects.

Preferred Profile: Hands-on manufacturing professional with strong process-industry exposure and ability to work across production, maintenance, materials and projects.

The candidate stationed in Mumabi will be required to travel to Dahej and other plant/project locations as an when required.
