Role & responsibilities

• Key missions of the position:

• Ensure safe and accurate execution of assembly and testing activities as per defined standards
• Achieve production targets by adhering to work instructions, routing cards, and standard cycle times
• Maintain high quality standards by identifying deviations and reporting issues proactively
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, jigs, and fixtures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen and process enhancement
• Maintain documentation accuracy and process discipline across all assigned tasks

Measurement

Q: Quality compliance and assembly accuracy
C: Productivity efficiency and adherence to standard time
D: On-time completion of assigned tasks and process adherence

• Adherence to standard cycle time (ERP-defined hours)
• Rejection reporting and defect identification
• Documentation accuracy (product history card / reports)
• Kaizen participation and implementation
• Safety compliance and adherence to start-up checks
