• Production Planning
• Shop Floor Management

• SAP:
• Knowledge of SAP implementation projects
• Business process documentation, mapping & requirement gathering
• UAT testing
• User training, go-live, & post implementation support

Carrier Trajectory:

Post successful completion of SAP implementation project (after 12-15 months), candidate will be absorbed back into business operations into following potential positions (indicative and not limited to)

Senior Manager position in Manufacturing with additional responsibilities such also

Managing larger manufacturing teams

Leading SAP stabilization and enhancement projects

Driving OEE, yield, productivity, and cost improvement

Multi-functional coordination across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance

Operational leadership role responsible for

Complete plant operations and Business KPI delivery

Safety, quality, production, maintenance, inventory, and cost

Digital manufacturing initiativeso Workforce leadership
