Manufacturing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage plant operations to achieve excellence in production, quality, and efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in manufacturing executive roles with a focus on plant operations or project management.
• Green Belt certification in Lean Manufacturing or equivalent experience implementing kaizen initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, control systems, and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence through continuous improvement efforts.
