Job Summary
Join Infosys Consulting's Manufacturing and Digital Transformation Practice, working on global projects that enable clients to build future-ready supply chains and digital commerce platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize solutions across Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing ERP, and E-commerce platforms. Responsibilities - Lead client workshops to gather requirements and propose solutions with clear business benefits.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including design, build, testing, training, and rollout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to practice development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage risks, timelines, and budgets.
- Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Kinaxis / O9) - Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain planning workstreams in IBP/SOP, Demand, Inventory, Production Scheduling, and Control Tower.
- Implement solutions using Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
- Drive SCM transformation projects leveraging AI/ML and predictive analytics.
- Manufacturing Oracle Consultant - Responsibilities:
- Implement Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle R12 modules (Inventory, Purchase, WIP, Order Management, Finance).
- Conduct workshops and propose solutions for manufacturing and automotive domains.
- SAP Hybris Consultant (E-commerce) - Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation on Omni-Channel, Inventory Management, B2C/B2B processes, Payments, and Promotions.
- Facilitate SaaS e-commerce platform implementation and manage project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful product launches.
- A. Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Kinaxis / O9) - Eligibility:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 5-15 years in supply chain planning consulting.
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations in Kinaxis/O9 or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; willingness to travel.
- B. Manufacturing Oracle Consultant - Eligibility:
- At least 1 implementation experience in Oracle Cloud or R12.
- Familiarity with automotive spare parts and warranty processes.
- Strong communication skills (non-negotiable).
- C. SAP Hybris Consultant (E-commerce) - Eligibility:
- Knowledge of e-commerce processes and SAP Commerce (Hybris) or similar platforms.
- Experience in ERP or large-scale web application implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- PMP certification preferred; excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic, client-facing environments.
- Willingness to travel and work across global teams.
