Manufacturing Engineer

Experience:

• 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in Press Tool / Stamping Tool Design, Development, Tool Room, or Maintenance
• Experience in automotive, sheet metal, stamping, or engineering manufacturing industries preferred.
  Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Tool Engineering or equivalent

Function: Press Tool Design, Development & Maintenance (Stamping Tools)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain press tools/stamping dies.
• Handle tool trials, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of tools.
• Support production for tool-related issues and quality improvements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and tool room teams for timely issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Press Tool / Stamping Tool Design & Development.
• Knowledge of Progressive, Compound, Blanking, and Forming Dies.
• Hands-on experience in tool maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, Creo, or SolidWorks preferred.
• Good understanding of sheet metal stamping processes.
