Role Overview:
We are looking for an Advanced Manufacturing / Manufacturing Engineer with experience in Switchgear, Electrical Panels, Power Electronics or Electronics Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive manufacturing process development and improvement for electrical products.
- Support NPI, product transfer and prototype-to-production activities.
- Develop assembly processes, line layouts, jigs, fixtures and error-proofing solutions.
- Establish standardized manufacturing processes, work instructions and process controls.
- Support electrical testing, manufacturing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cycle time and manufacturing cost.
Must Have:
- 4/5–9 years in Manufacturing / Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
- Switchgear / Electrical Panel / Power Electronics / Electronics manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of SLD, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOM and engineering drawings.
- Understanding of LV/MV Switchgear, circuit breakers, busbars and power distribution.
- Experience with IR, Hi-Pot, Earth Continuity, Contact Resistance, Phase Sequence, Polarity and Interlock Testing.
- Hands-on experience in NPI, fixtures, Poka-Yoke, PFMEA, RCA and 5-Why.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical / manufacturing / industrial engineering.
Good to Have: Lean/Six Sigma, PLC/HMI, automation and automated testing experience.
