Responsibilities

• Develop Work Instructions, Work Plans, and Process Plans using DELMIA DM tool on the 3DExperience platform for Aircraft Components and Assemblies build sequence.
• Perform process planning, methods planning, and producibility checks for aerospace structures.
• Interpret Engineering Drawings, EBOM MBOM, Task Lists, Build/Routing Sequence, and Process Flow.
• Create and standardize Detail Work Statements (DWS), prepare business cases, and ensure process planning standardization.
• Work extensively on DELMIA DM tool, 3DX platform, and CATIA V5 for aerospace manufacturing engineering activities.
• Collaborate with customers to understand scope, resolve queries, and deliver quality manufacturing engineering outputs per schedule.
• Interface with offshore teams, guide engineers, and ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.

Additional Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience in metallic and composite aero structures/components.
• Familiarity with CAD tool CATIA V5 and PLM tool ENOVIA.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) activities for aerospace programs.
• Strong knowledge of Aircraft life cycle, Fuselage, and Systems.
• Hands-on experience with DELMIA, 3DX platform, CATIA V5, and MS Office.
