Manufacturing Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Own daily and monthly production output to meet shipment, cost, and cycle time targets.
• Manage and optimize manpower allocation across shifts, tools, and processes.
• Execute and control production scheduling aligned with capacity and customer priority.
• Monitor and improve WIP flow to achieve cycle time and delivery goals.
• Track, prioritize, and recover aging lots to minimize delivery and quality risk.
• Monitor in-line and outgoing quality performance (yield, defects, scrap, rework).
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, efficiency, and cost.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams daily to meet output and yield performance
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and customer requirements.
