Manufacturing Engineer (CNC / VMC / HMC)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• New component setting & operating CNC / VMC /HMC machine.
• Setup activities like Work offset, Tool offset, Tool length compensation, Cutter radius compensation etc.
• Handling tools and inserts (Tooling).
• Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC Operations, Programming & Setup.
• Responsible for 5's on shop floor

Job Requirements :

• Qualification: Fulltime Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile AICTE approved institute or Diploma/ Post Diploma in Tool & Die Making from IGTR / IDTR / Central Tool Room / NTTF institutes
• Candidate should have hands on experience in operating and programming on Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC machines
• Hands on knowledge of programming softwares – PowerMILL, MasterCAM etc.(for programmers)  
• Knowledge of Instrument Handling & Setting, Tooling process & CNC programming
• Person with working knowledge of Batch production will be added advantage
• Candidate from Tooling industry would be preferred
• Turn-Mill / Integrex experience would be preferred.
