- Strong hands-on experience in Retail Internet Banking / Digital Banking applications.
- Good knowledge of retail banking concepts, including:
- CASA accounts
- Customer onboarding
- Beneficiary management
- Fund transfers
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
