Role Overview

We are hiring a Manual Quality Engineer who is the last line of defence before a release reaches our users. You will test our Flutter mobile apps (Android and iOS) and React web apps the way real users do and find what automation misses.

You'll spot requirement gaps early, test the edges, and file bugs clear enough to need zero follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and write test cases covering positive, negative, and edge scenarios
• Run functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing on mobile and web
• Test on real devices across OS versions, including poor network, interruptions, and upgrades
• Validate APIs with Postman and verify data in the backend
• Log, triage, and retest defects; give a clear go/no-go for each release
• Flag stable test cases for automation and use AI tools to speed up test design

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of manual testing for mobile (Android/iOS) and/or web apps
• Strong testing fundamentals: STLC, test design techniques, defect lifecycle
• Hands-on with Jira/TestRail, Postman, and basic SQL or MongoDB queries
• Comfortable with debugging tools (DevTools, Logcat, Xcode console)
• Clear written and spoken communication
• Bachelors in CS/IT or equivalent experience

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience testing Flutter apps or AI/LLM-powered features
• Exposure to HR tech or talent platforms
• Device farms (BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab) or TestFlight/Play testing tracks
• Interest in moving toward automation; ISTQB Foundation a plus
