Manual QA + Ins Domain

8+ years of experience in Manual Testing with strong expertise in Insurance domain projects, preferably in Commercial Insurance, Brokerage, Risk Management, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, or related domains similar to Marsh environments.

- Hands-on experience validating large-scale application modernization initiatives, including Java version upgrades, middleware migrations (e.g., WebLogic to Tomcat), cloud migrations, API testing, and legacy application transformation programs.

- Strong experience in end-to-end functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, UAT support, defect management, test planning, test case design, and production validation for enterprise applications.

- Good understanding of Java-based applications, microservices architecture, REST APIs, databases (Oracle/SQL), batch processes, and enterprise system integrations to effectively perform impact analysis and troubleshooting.

- Exposure to test automation frameworks is highly desirable. Experience with Playwright, Selenium, API automation, or modern test automation tools will be an added advantage.

- Working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted testing, test case generation, defect analysis, or Agentic AI concepts to improve QA productivity and testing effectiveness.

- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience collaborating with business users, developers, product owners, and offshore/onshore teams. Location: Remote (Pune preferred). Experience supporting modernization programs in Agile environments is preferred.
