Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manual QA Engineer to join our team and work closely with our development team and US-based clients on FinTech projects.

What We're Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves regular interaction with US-based clients.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and understand FinTech domain processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, thoroughly tested releases.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership and responsibility for assigned testing activities and ensure clean deliveries.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment would be an advantage.

Work Schedule

• Work Mode: Remote
• Employment: Full-Time / On Payroll
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST
• Client Interaction: One 30-minute client call around 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM IST, depending on US Daylight Saving Time.

Important

This is a full-time position and requires dedicated availability during working hours. Part-time, freelance, or moonlighting candidates are not suitable for this role.
