About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop jewellery collections based on business requirements and market trends
- Create manual sketches and CorelDRAW designs.
- Research market trends, customer preferences and competitor designs.
- Develop new and commercially viable jewellery concepts.
- Support NPI activities from concept to final design.
- Coordinate with CAD, production and merchandising teams for design execution.
- Ensure design quality, production feasibility and timely delivery.
- Refine designs based on feedback and production requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Manual Designer with 2-5 years of experience
- Strong skills in manual jewellery sketching and Corel Draw
- Strong skills in NPI and production processes
- Creative and trend - focused with an understanding of customer preference
- Experience in coordinating with CAD and production team
