About this role
Operate machines safely and efficiently to produce parts that meet quality and production standards.
Achieve shift production output targets.
Complete machine setup activities within defined target times.
Maintain 5S+2 standards and required production documentation.
Ensure product quality and reduce in-process defects/rejections (IFK).
Follow all safety procedures to protect self, colleagues, and company assets.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, TPM White Tags, and Idea Management.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and organization on the shop floor.
Perform additional duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Machine handling and operation knowledge.
Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
Ability to work in shifts.
Safety-conscious mindset and behavior.
