Mandarin language expert

We are hiring for Mandarin Langugae Expert (Chinese) for our client based in Gurgaon location. The canidate will be a key member of the Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), supporting regional and local HR teams and employees worldwide with administrative HR processes.

Exp : 1-5yrs

Location : Gurgaon

Work Mode : Hybrid

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining personnel records in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
• Supporting onboarding and background verification including induction plans and welcome communications.
• Managing employee documentation requests including verification letters, references, and visa invitation letters.
• A graduation degree.
• Experience working in a professional services or multinational environment.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills are required. Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is also essential, as this role involves supporting China
