Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced professional for the position of Managing Director (AMD) with strong expertise in the factory automation and industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive leadership experience in managing automation projects, business operations, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives.

The role involves overseeing end-to-end automation business functions including project execution, technical delivery, customer management, and operational excellence.

Role & responsibilities

• Support the Managing Director in overall business strategy and operations.
• Lead and manage factory automation and machine automation project execution.
• Oversee PLC, HMI/SCADA, electrical panel, and industrial automation project delivery.
• Drive business development, client relationship management, and key account handling.
• Ensure successful execution of projects within cost, quality, and timeline targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, sales, and service teams.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements.
• Guide technical teams and senior engineers for complex automation solutions.
• Represent company in client meetings, technical discussions, and industry events.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in factory automation and industrial automation industry.
• Deep knowledge of PLC systems, HMI/SCADA, drives, sensors, and control systems.
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of project management and business operations.
• Experience in client handling, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale automation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
