Role Description The Manager role at SOXTA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS is a full-time hybrid position based in Narasapuram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across software development and IT solution delivery, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within scope. Typical responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, managing resources, and supporting the implementation of digital transformation initiatives. The Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to align project goals with business strategy, drive process improvements, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients. This role also includes mentoring team members, managing risks, and contributing to the successful launch of new technology platforms and products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Strong project management capabilities, such as planning, scheduling, risk management, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Background in software development or IT solutions, with familiarity in front-end, back-end, or full-stack environments.
• Ability to manage client and stakeholder communication, including requirements gathering, expectation setting, and status reporting.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to handling operational and technical challenges.
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools used in hybrid work settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in fast-growing or startup-style environments, especially in gaming, eSports, or digital platforms, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in collaborative teams.
