Manager

SAFESS is expanding its EPC business and is looking for a dynamic EPC Business Head who can build, develop and independently manage the complete EPC vertical. The candidate will be responsible not only for execution of projects but for the complete EPC business cycle Business Development, Tendering, Order Booking, Project Execution, Commercial Management, Billing, Collection, Profitability and Customer Relationship.

The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and the capability to build the EPC vertical of SAFESS into a sustainable and profitable business

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Identify new customers, sectors and EPC opportunities.
• Develop relationships with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Power and Process Industry clients.
• Develop a strong EPC order pipeline.
• Lead customer meetings, negotiations and business development activities.
• Support preparation and submission of techno-commercial proposals and tenders.
• Take complete responsibility from PO/LOI to project completion and final commercial closure.
• Independently manage engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, erection, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed schedule, cost, quality and safety requirements.
• Manage project risks, delays, variations, claims and client requiremen

Preferred candidate profile :

BE/B.Tech/Diploma preferably Mechanical Engineering.

• 10-15 years of EPC experience.
• Strong experience in industrial EPC projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Chemical / Fertilizer / Power / Process Industry preferred.
• Strong exposure to mechanical construction, fabrication, piping, equipment erection and industrial projects.
• Should have handled projects independently.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and client-management skills.
• Experience in business development and tendering will be highly preferred.
• Should be willing to travel for business and project requirements
