Experience: 4-12 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact.

Preferred Background: Experience with leading management consulting firms serving automotive clients is highly desirable. We are also open to candidates from leading automotive OEMs, auto-component manufacturers, and mobility companies with experience in strategy, sales, channel development, customer experience, marketing, retail operations, or business transformation.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities of the role may include:

1. Project Delivery & Client Management
2. Lead strategic and transformation engagements for automotive OEMs, component players, and mobility companies. Work closely with CXOs to diagnose business challenges, design practical solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes with measurable impact
3. Business Development
4. Support practice growth through opportunity identification, client diagnostics, solution development, and preparation of winning proposals and pursuits
5. Automotive Thought Leadership
6. Develop industry-leading assets, frameworks, POVs, whitepapers, and market insights across growth strategy, commercial transformation, customer experience, retail excellence, and digital transformation
7. Practice Development
8. Contribute to capability building, knowledge management, team mentoring etc.
