Job Role :
Lead enterprise Analytics, BI, and AI transformation programs.
Drive planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives.
Partner with business, BI, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Architecture, and Product teams.
Drive scalable analytics solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide executive-level visibility into program progress, risks, KPIs, and outcomes.
Support adoption of AI-enabled analytics and business processes.
Responsibilities :
Define project roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across BI, Data, AI/ML, Technology, and Business.
Manage backlog prioritization, planning, and release activities.
Track program health through executive dashboards, status reports, and KPI reporting.
Facilitate stakeholder and leadership meetings and drive alignment.
Prepare executive-ready presentations and communicate strategy to senior leadership.
Drive AI-first operating models and intelligent automation initiatives.
Lead change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities.
