Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate the preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the QS process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Job Requirements :

• 8-20 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, risk analysis, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in TDD (Total Design Development) software or similar tools is an added advantage.
