About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader – Land & Plot Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the land and plotted real estate segment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling residential plots, land, farmhouses, plotted developments or land investment projects and should be comfortable handling a team of sales executives and telecallers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Property Advisors / Telecallers.

* Drive daily and monthly sales targets for plots, land and farmhouse projects.

* Handle and convert leads through calls, follow-ups, site visits and meetings.

* Conduct regular team huddles, sales reviews and performance tracking.

* Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for the team.

* Personally participate in important client meetings and assist the team in closing deals.

* Ensure maximum conversion from lead site visit negotiation booking.

* Train team members on project details, location, pricing, payment plans and sales pitches.

* Monitor individual team performance and take corrective action wherever required.

* Coordinate with management, CRM and telecalling teams for lead distribution and follow-ups.

* Maintain proper daily reports, site visit reports and sales MIS.

* Build strong relationships with investors, end-users and channel partners.

* Stay updated on the local land/plot market, competing projects and pricing.

* Ensure professional client handling and proper documentation throughout the sales process.

Required Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

* Relevant experience in Land / Plot / Farmhouse / Plotted Development sales is strongly preferred.

* Previous experience as a Team Leader / Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive handling a small team will be preferred.

* Candidates with proven individual sales performance and leadership potential may also be considered.

* Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes.

* Comfortable with calling, client meetings and site visits.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in Land & Plot Sales and understand the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and calling to site visit, negotiation and final booking.

Candidates with experience in YEIDA / Noida / Greater Noida / Jewar / Dholera or other plotted-land markets will be preferred.
