Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments, cost-to-complete and project profitability.
• Prepare project costing, variance analysis and periodic commercial / cost MIS for management.
• Coordinate with Project Heads for billing, certification, payment follow-up and receivables tracking.
• Maintain and monitor contracts, agreements, work orders, payment terms, milestones, retention and recoveries.
• Track project variations, additional works, claims and other commercial adjustments.
• Support tender costing, BOQ review, pricing, commercial evaluation and identification of contractual risks.
• Provide project cost and commercial inputs for DPRs, management reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Finance & Accounts, Contracts, Procurement and Business Development teams.
• Highlight cost overruns, delayed billing/collections and key commercial risks with appropriate action points.

• Strong understanding of project costing, cost control and project financial management.
• Hands-on experience in billing, collections, contracts and commercial project monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of MIS / project trackers.
• Good understanding of EPC contracts, tender costing and commercial evaluation.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
