Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage compensation and benefits programs for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Develop and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and other employee benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with HR team to design and administer payroll processes, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform compensation decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, laws, regulations (e.g., FLSA), and industry trends.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to drive informed decision-making.
