Job Summary
The opportunity : Manager-- Financial&AccountingAdv - Gurgaon
Responsibilities
- Lead or manage finance workstreams across full or partial ERP implementation projects.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities and define future-state finance processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements, process designs and functional specifications for implementation.
- Support key implementation activities such as process workshops, fit-gap assessment, solution design, testing, data migration, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Apply strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Source to Pay (S2P/P2P) and Lead to Cash (L2C/O2C).
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, automation and digital technologies into finance processes and ERP transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls and business insights
- Coordinate with client teams, technology teams and system integrators to resolve functional issues and maintain alignment between business needs and the ERP solution.
- Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, dependencies and status reporting for assigned workstreams.
- Lead and coach a team of 2-5 professionals, ensuring quality delivery and supporting their development.
- Contribute to proposals, client pursuits, solution development and internal practice-building initiatives.
