Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for entering and scaling in the Indian market.
• Relationship & Distribution Management: Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, distributors, and retail chains across India.
• Sales Growth & Business Goals: Drive overall sales growth, manage budgets, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets and financial KPIs.
• Marketing & Communications: Tailor overall brand marketing strategies to align with local Indian pet parents, working closely with the global marketing team.
• Compliance & Regulations: Oversee regulatory compliance, certification processes, and import requirements for pet food products entering India.
• Executive Reporting: Collaborate directly with executive leadership, presenting market analytics, key performance indicators, and operational results.

Requirements

• English Proficiency: Advanced/Native-like fluency in English (C2 level) for daily business management and high-level negotiations.
• India Market Experience: Proven track record in scaling businesses or entering the Indian FMCG/Pet retail market.
• Relocation to Poland: Willingness to permanently relocate to Poland and work directly from our corporate headquarters.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing international projects and cross-functional teams.
• Business Acumen & Mobility: Strong strategic vision and readiness for frequent business travel (Poland India).
