Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Set and implement design standards across projects
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Understand client requirements and ensure alignment in delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
• Lead design activities and support junior designers
• Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices
• Participate in client meetings and project reviews

Desired Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• M.E./M.Tech in Transportation / Highway Engineering (Preferred)

Experience

• Manager: 8-12 years | Sr. Manager: 1218 years
• Experience in highway design, DPRs, and feasibility studies preferred
• Exposure to Government / Multilateral projects (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of IRC / MoRTH standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, etc.
• Project planning and execution skills
• Client and stakeholder management
• Leadership and team handling
• Strong communication and analytical skills
