Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 300+ member DSF team through multiple levels of leadership.
• Drive sales, revenue, productivity, and achievement of business targets.
• Develop and execute effective DSF strategies to accelerate business growth.
• Monitor key metrics including productivity, conversion, revenue, attendance, and team performance.
• Manage, coach, and mentor Team Leaders and frontline sales teams.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, retention, and capability development across the sales function.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement action plans to improve productivity.
• Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 14+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in DSF / Direct Sales / Field Sales / B2C Sales.
• Proven experience managing a 300+ member team.
• Strong experience handling multiple layers of sales leadership.
• Excellent understanding of DSF operations, sales funnel, productivity, and revenue management.
• Strong leadership, people-management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Fluency in the relevant regional language is mandatory.
• Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, E-commerce, or other high-volume B2C sales environments will be preferred.
