Manager

• Assist in the preparation of tourism masterplans, architectural designs, and urban design proposals.
• Develop designs from concept stage through detailed design development.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, graphics, sketches, 3D models, and architectural renderings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams for design development and project deliverables.
• Participate in site visits across India to understand project requirements and site conditions.
• Interact with government clients, stakeholders, and project teams and support client presentations.
• Contribute to the preparation of DPRs, feasibility studies, masterplans, and consultancy reports.
• Demonstrate creativity and a strong understanding of tourism, destination planning, and placemaking.

Required Expertise:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architecture and/or urban design.
• Experience in masterplanning, urban design, architectural design, and DPR preparation.
• Prior experience working with government clients and consultancy projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant design, 3D modelling, and rendering software.
• Strong skills in visualization, graphic presentation, and design communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.
• Strong interest and flair for tourism and destination development projects.

Qualification:

• B.Arch. – Mandatory
• Postgraduate qualification in Urban Design / Urban Planning – Preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
