Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled R2R and FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with clients to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance client relationships through effective financial planning and analysis.
What youll be doing:
Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement financial strategies that align with their business goals.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Offer expert advice on financial matters, helping clients make informed decisions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company
What are we looking for:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in R2R and FP&A or related roles, with a focus on client-facing activities expert financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
Excellent team management and leadership skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
