Project: Glass Plant Commissioning – FTE
Location: Gujarat
Employment: 2-Year Fixed Term Employment (FTE)
Level: I & J
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech
Project Duration: 2 Years
Age: No Age Criteria
Experience Criteria
BE/B.Tech:
3+ years of relevant experience
Candidates from any manufacturing industry can be considered.
Relevant experience in commissioning, plant projects, equipment installation, start-up or manufacturing operations preferred.
Diploma:
9+ years of relevant experience
Glass Industry experience is mandatory.
Candidates from other industries will not be considered for Diploma profiles.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Commissioning Engineers across Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation disciplines to support commissioning and start-up activities for a large-scale manufacturing project in Gujarat.
The selected professionals will be responsible for supporting equipment installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting and plant start-up activities.

Electrical Commissioning
Electrical equipment installation, testing and commissioning
HT/LT systems, MCC, PCC, transformers and switchgear
Motors, cables and electrical panels
Electrical troubleshooting and start-up support
Mechanical Commissioning
Mechanical equipment installation and commissioning
Pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes and rotating equipment
Piping and utility systems
Equipment alignment, testing and trial runs
Instrumentation Commissioning
Field instruments installation and commissioning
Control valves, transmitters and sensors
Calibration and loop checking
PLC/DCS-related commissioning support
Instrument troubleshooting and start-up activities
Key Responsibilities
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Production and Maintenance teams.
Verify equipment installation and readiness for commissioning.
Conduct testing, trial runs and functional checks.
Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Support commissioning documentation, checklists and reports.
Ensure activities are carried out according to safety and quality requirements.
Support smooth handover of commissioned systems to operations.
