Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage production activities, ensuring compliance with USFDA regulations and QMS standards.
  
• Oversee daily operations, including shift planning, material management, and equipment maintenance.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes.
  
• Ensure timely completion of batches within budgeted timeframes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in API manufacturing (OSD).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or relevant field (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of GMP guidelines, ICH regulations, and USFDA requirements.
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale production operations with multiple shifts.
