Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience in setting up and commissioning injection moulding plants.
• Strong expertise in injection moulding process development, troubleshooting, and production operations.
• Experience with 80T-250T injection moulding machines and multi-cavity precision moulds.
• Sound knowledge of hot runner/cold runner moulds, gate & runner design, cooling, venting, ejection, cavity balancing, flash control, and dimensional control.
• Experience in mould trials, new mould development, process validation, IQ/OQ/PQ, and scientific injection moulding.
• Strong exposure to cycle time optimization, OEE improvement, scrap reduction, yield improvement, SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, Gauge R&R, and DOE.
• Hands-on experience in machine installation, commissioning, production stabilization, utilities planning, and capacity expansion projects.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibility

Lead the injection moulding facility from installation and commissioning through mould trials, process development, validation, production readiness, and commercial production, and subsequently manage production performance, OEE, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.

Important Screening Criteria

Only hands-on technical professionals should be considered. Avoid candidates whose experience is primarily limited to manpower supervision or routine production management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process engineering, tooling, commissioning, and plant setup, with the potential to grow into a Production Head - Injection Moulding role.
