Key Responsibilities Run workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria. Map processes and identify improvement opportunities. Support UAT planning and execution. Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams.

Skills Required Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with Agile (JIRA, Confluence). Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements. Knowledge of Investment Banking Trade/Risk Domain preferred.
