Job Purpose: The Lead - CI ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of CI systems. This role oversees troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system optimization while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Lead collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, reduce downtime, and enhance system reliability to support smooth and efficient operations.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in CI Engineering is essential. Masters degree in Construction Management or a related field would be advantageous. Strong academic foundation in civil engineering principles, project management, and construction methodologies is crucial.

Work Experience (Range of years):

• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in CI engineering and construction within a large-scale industrial environment. Proven track record in managing civil infrastructure projects, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop civil engineering teams.

• Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies to maximize system reliability and minimize downtime through preventive and corrective actions.

Emergency Response Leadership:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during system breakdowns, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate and optimize CI systems, addressing challenges and maintaining alignment across all parties.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive initiatives to improve CI system performance, adopting new technologies and best practices for optimization, cost reduction, and system reliability.

Pioneering Change:

• Drive the integration of advanced automation and control systems to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
