Role & responsibilities

The role will be responsible for driving institutional outreach, student enrollment, admissions, and promotional activities . The incumbent will build and nurture relationships with engineering colleges, universities, polytechnic institutes, and training organizations, engaging key stakeholders such as Principals, Directors, Deans, TPOs, HoDs, and faculty coordinators.

A key focus will be to develop strategic institutional partnerships and drive student participation in certificate programs, short-term courses, and skill development initiatives. The role will manage the complete student acquisition funnel, from lead generation and counseling to conversion and enrollment, while implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve enrollment targets.

The incumbent will also represent the Centre through campus visits, seminars, workshops, webinars, career awareness sessions, education fairs, conferences, and industry events, effectively communicating the Centre's value proposition, infrastructure, industry partnerships, and career outcomes.

Additionally, the role will collaborate with internal teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing initiatives. The position will also involve gathering market intelligence, monitoring competitors and emerging trends, understanding student preferences, and recommending innovative outreach strategies to strengthen the Centre's visibility, institutional network, and student enrollment.
