Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end maintenance operations across South India.
• Lead, mentor and manage the regional maintenance team.
• Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance of QSR kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, DG and other restaurant assets.
• Manage AMC, vendors, service partners and maintenance contracts.
• Monitor maintenance TAT, equipment uptime, PM compliance and costs.
• Support New Store Openings, renovations and expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and engineering standards.
• Drive cost optimization, root-cause analysis and reduction in recurring breakdowns.
• Work closely with Operations, Projects, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in QSR / Hospitality / Food & Beverage.
• Strong experience in multi-unit / multi-location maintenance management.
• Prior experience in team handling and regional maintenance operations.
• Strong exposure to QSR equipment, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Experience in vendor management, AMC, budgeting and cost control.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
• Engineering/Diploma qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / related technical field preferred.
