Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement CSR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand image in the FMCG industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute sustainable agricultural practices, ensuring environmental sustainability.
• Manage corporate social responsibility initiatives, including partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and local communities.
• Analyze data to measure progress towards CSR goals and report findings to senior management.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or a related field (agriculture/CSR).
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, sustainability principles, and corporate social responsibility best practices.
• Proven track record of developing effective CSR strategies that drive business results.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
