Job Description

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability and performance gaps.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and workforce capability assessments.
• Translate business requirements into learning solutions and work with vendors on delivery.
• Establish structured approaches to learning prioritization and workforce readiness.
• Leverage learning metrics and insights to improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to enable capability development initiatives.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 13+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, or Talent Development.
• Strong expertise in learning needs analysis and capability assessment.
• Ability to engage and consult with senior business stakeholders.
• Understanding of learning frameworks, learning operations, and delivery models.
• Experience working with external learning vendors and partners.
• Backgrounds focused heavily on executive coaching or leadership development alone may be less relevant.
