Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software and web application development.
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong technical background building and supporting modern web applications using technologies such as PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience leading teams responsible for both front-end and back-end application development.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, API design, performance optimization, and software development best practices.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced product development environment.
• Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical strategy, platform stability, and long-term engineering goals.
• Experience delivering complex technical initiatives from planning through production release.
  
  

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Experience managing teams developing and maintaining PHP-based enterprise applications.
• Experience with React and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
• Experience leading application modernization or technical transformation initiatives.
