Job Description

• Ensure the ILN warehouse process as per the Renault standard.
• Ensure warehouse 5S, safety and layouts in Chennai, Pune and Delhi.
• Ensure aligned with Logistics quality for the warehouse operations quality control plan and monitoring plan in ILN warehouse.
• Manage the 3PL Trainings and process Audits and ILU Validations.
• RFQ documentations and technical validations.
• QRQC actions and implementations at ILN Warehouse.
• Conduct daily morning meeting with all the stakeholders for the day / weekly planning and execution.
• Kaizen / continues Improvement on process to meet productivity KPI s.
• Evaluate productivity KPIs (M3/HC and M3/M2) on every month.
• Monitoring the Inventory and aging of materials in warehouse.
• Daily, weekly and Monthly status report to the management.
• Manage the Non-conformities with Cause analyses and action plan.
• Validate the physical packages vs Packaging standards for the NPD parts.
