Manager - US Payroll, Compensation & Benefit

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage US Payroll processing, including W-2 filing, SOX compliance, and year-end reporting.
• Lead a team of payroll professionals to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
• Develop and implement effective total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve complex payroll issues.

Job Requirements :

• 8-16 years of experience in US Payroll management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Workday system and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of payroll professionals.
• Excellent understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and SOX compliance requirements.
