Main Purpose of the Role

• u2022 Established best in class electrical standard for site as per Abbott guideline.u2022 Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.

Main Responsibilities

• To establish best in class electrical standards for sites as per IEE and abbot engineering standards.To lead electrical safety and improvement activities of site and to ensure no major noncompliance from electrical safety sideu2022To ensure no statutory noncompliance from electrical side managing external stake holders.u2022 Responsible for maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and troubleshooting of equipment's pertaining to Electrical side.u2022 Responsible for projects for site from electrical side.u2022 Responsible for ensuring all electrical critical equipment's in green zone and there by support in achieving plant volume and equipment efficiency.u2022 Plan and schedule annual maintenance activities of switch yard transformers ACB, VCB,PCC,MCC and ensure its compliance.u2022 Responsible for capability development plan and its execution for team of technicians.u2022 Manage and lead electrical contractors, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works on site..u2022 Responsible for inculcating GMP & Safe work practices amongst contractual deployed for carrying of maintenance activities .u2022 Responsible for developing Standard Operating, Procedures, its implementation and communication to team of technicians.u2022 Responsible for leading improvement projects pertaining to Electrical side.Education:Engineering Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Electrical Systems preferably Food / Pharma / FMCG Industries.Background:u2022 Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.u2022 Strong in planning and supervisory skills.u2022 Good Communication Skills / Stakeholder Managementu2022 Knowledge in Electrical System
