Manager -Two Wheeler Repo and Disposal

Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose:
To manage the complete lifecycle of seized two-wheelers, from repossession to final disposal, ensuring maximum recovery, minimum holding period and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage two-wheeler seizure, repossession and seized-vehicle inventory across locations.
• Manage vehicle valuation, yard management and disposal planning.
• Drive disposal through auction, exchange, dealer network and direct sale.
• Develop and manage a strong network of auction agencies, dealers, exchange partners and used-vehicle buyers.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and ensure maximum realisation from seized assets.
• Monitor vehicle ageing, disposal TAT, recovery value and loss on sale.
• Identify and dispose of aged inventory on priority.
• Manage repossession, auction and disposal vendors and monitor their performance.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals and compliance throughout the seizure-to-sale process.
• Prepare MIS covering seizure, inventory, auction, exchange, direct sales, realisation and ageing.
• Coordinate with Collections, Legal, Finance, Audit and Compliance teams.
• Lead the seizure/disposal team and achieve agreed recovery and disposal targets.
